Water Supply in Craigmillar Area

This is an appeal for people living in the Craigmillar area to inform Scottish Water and their constituency councillors if they are having difficulties with their water supply. Contact details are listed below.

Essentially, I live in one of the properties in this area which has energy efficient heating and water supply which means that we do not have a water tank in the property, the water is simply a direct supply from the mains. However, over the past month the water supply has been cut off completely at the source on at least four separate occasions (that I and my neighbours are aware of). On each of these occasions no notification of the disruption of the supply prior to the water being switched off was issued, and the length of time the water was switched off was at least one hour at a time.

Constituency councillors have suggested they were not aware of any disruption of the water supply in this area. If this has affected you please let them know.
