Knitting group in Craigmillar needs sewing machine - can you help?
22 JulyA knitting group at Craigmillar Community ArtSpace is appealing for the donation of a sewing machine to help continue its Knit, Stitch and Natter group.
The club, on Harewood Drive, is for men and women of all ages and capabilities, takes place every Tuesday morning from 10am-noon.
The group is looking for a couple of sewing machines to help the creations of some of the elderly and disabled members who have aproblem with arthritis.

Bridge of Allan is one of Scotland's premier Highland Games attracting crowds of between 10,000 and 15,000. The games field is situated in a spectacular setting nestled between Stirling Castle, The Ochil Hills and the Wallace Monument, made famous by the Braveheart blockbuster movie.
