So @ long last

We have our most heartfelt wish.

The White House,

Or as some may firm intimate

Crossly state,

'The White Hoose'

Is to be turned,

Not now demolished nor burned.

 

The developers have ducked,

Dived,

Debated,

Variegated,

Various ideas.

Swerved.

But now served

It up on a dish.

 

It may be named 

And shamed 

And does epitomise

The decline and demise

Of Craigmillar.

Ah,

Bah,

Who cares? 

 

After all the art exhibits

Soon it bares,

May even become  

much more famous

than t'one on the Mound

Totally sound.

All round.

 

Visitors will flock

In their 1000's go,

To view the stock

Of Craigmillian talent

On show.
